Who we are
This website is operated by VIYA Health Kenya, a country programme of VIYA Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in the United States and recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. VIYA Health Foundation works alongside its partner organization Health X Partners to deliver sexual and reproductive health information, products and services.
References to "VIYA", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean VIYA Health Kenya and, where the context requires, VIYA Health Foundation.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

Products, purchases and deliveries
Products offered through our online shop are intended for customers in Kenya and are priced in Kenyan Shillings. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to make the purchase.
Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card or mobile-money details. Delivery timeframes, returns and refunds for shop purchases are described at checkout and in our shop policies. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Kenya.
Some products, including certain contraceptives, may require guidance from a qualified health provider. Please read all product information and packaging carefully before use.
Donations and charitable giving
Charitable contributions in support of our work are made to VIYA Health Foundation. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law in the donor's jurisdiction. For gifts made by U.S. taxpayers, VIYA Health Foundation will provide a written acknowledgment for contributions as required by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, including a description and good-faith estimate of the value of any goods or services provided in return for the contribution.
Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly and we will review refund requests in good faith.
United States state disclosures (VIYA Health Foundation)
The following disclosures relate to VIYA Health Foundation's charitable solicitation registrations in the United States and apply to contributions made to the Foundation. Registration in any state does not imply endorsement, approval or recommendation by that state.
- Florida – A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free 1-800-435-7352 (800-HELP-FLA) or visiting FloridaConsumerHelp.com. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.
- Georgia – A full and fair description of the programs of Viya Health Foundation and a financial statement summary is available upon request.
- Maryland – For the cost of copies and postage, contact the Office of the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401.
- Mississippi – Official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State's Office by calling 1-888-236-6167. Registration does not imply endorsement.
- New Jersey – Information filed with the Attorney General may be obtained by calling (973) 504-6215 or visiting njconsumeraffairs.gov. Registration does not imply endorsement.
- New York – Financial information may be obtained from the New York Attorney General's Charities Registry at charitiesnys.com or by calling (212) 416-8686.
- North Carolina – Financial information and a copy of the organization's license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing Branch at 1-888-830-4989. The license is not an endorsement by the state.
- Pennsylvania – Official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free within Pennsylvania at 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
- Virginia – Virginia State Office of Consumer Affairs, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, PO Box 1163, Richmond, VA 23218.
- Washington – Charities Division, Office of the Secretary of State, Olympia, WA 98504-0422, 1-800-332-4483.
- Wisconsin – A financial statement disclosing assets, liabilities, fund balances, revenue, and expenses for the preceding fiscal year will be provided upon request.
